The Office of Consumer Credit Credit Commissioner (OCCC) provides annual and quarterly data on payday and auto title lending for the State of Texas as well as 16 Metropolitan Statistical Areas or Metropolitan Divisions. The following data sheets were created using annual data for the state and each of these 16 areas and provides information on four loan types: Installment Payday Loans, Single Payment Payday Loans, Installment Auto Title Loans, and Single Payment Auto Title Loans.
