Denton 2026 | Stroke Patient

I had a stroke and had to leave my job because I became disabled. Money has been tight. I got a loan from TitleMax. I was coached to go out of town and take out a loan worth three times my monthly income. When I went into the location in Denton and did the application, I was looking to borrow $3,000. The person at the TitleMax store said, "I can only give you $1,500 because of the ordinance. If you go out of town, you can borrow more."

I got a loan I cannot repay. This is a crazy cycle I got myself into and I have no way out. My car was a gift from my grandmother and now I am about to lose it.
